HUNT INFORMATION
Hunters that choose to hunt Las Raices Ranch are in for a special treat. Over the course of the hunt, guests will be treated to some of the finest hunting, cooking, and camaraderie that South Texas can provide. Guests will be able to enjoy "Texas TV" out at the fire pit and share stories of their day's activity, or catch a football game in the main house's entertainment center. A fax machine is available for those who need to keep up with the outside world. Most cell phones do work at the ranch.

All hunts are guided 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 and range from 2 to 4 days. Guides will have final say in deciding if an animal is ready to be harvested. Pricing for deer is based on Boone & Crockett Gross score. Our guides will give their opinion on score of deer, but the hunter is ultimately responsible for pulling the trigger. A wounded animal is considered a harvested animal. Guides work very hard to find you your trophy and it is customary to tip your guide and the cook at the end of your hunt. Hunters that come for management and 140 class hunts usually combine their hunt with another hunt or bring another hunter. Father and son hunts are greatly encouraged. All meals and beverages are included in the price of the hunt (within reason). If you are flying in, transportation to the ranch can be arranged from both Laredo and San Antonio. All prices are subject to change. Contact us for more information.
